Sinaia,”The Pearl of the Carpathians”,  is a town-resort endowed with all the necessary facilities for a very pleasant pastime. It took its name after the impressive Sinaia Monastery, founded in 1695by  Mihail Cantacuzino containing religious objects, icons, rare books, pottery and porcelain  exhibition from 16th-19th centuries.

Considered by many one of the most beautiful castles in all Europe, Peles Castle is a masterpiece of German new-Renaissance architecture .
In the town of Azuga  we visit Rhein Cellar, which is considered the oldest sparkling wine production center in the country. It uses the traditional method of making champagne. The cellar is the official supplier for “the Romanian Royal Court”. The cellars were built in a surface with double walls with natural ventilation and here one can find more about the stages of wine from the start to maturation and have a tasting session of sparkling wines.
Urlateanu Manor“. Built in 1920, the manor and cellar introduce you in a world of traditions where the story of wine is mixed with the taste of local cuisine. Visit the cellar, short presentation of wine technology, wine tasting.
Afterwards we will enjoy a traditional lunch and then a short walk to enjoy the beautiful view of the hills and vineyards.
